With the support of his dedicated advisor, he has improved the listing for his property, perfecting the content and photos. To achieve his rental goals, Frédéric regularly accepts two to three meetings a month with Homerez. These discussions enable us to offer him personalised and strategic solutions. Today, thanks to Homerez, he saves several hours a week on management, while increasing the market performance of his villa.

Located in Saint-Pierre, on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, Frederic's villa is a charming accommodation of approximately 100 square meters, capable of hosting up to 6 guests within its 2 comfortable bedrooms. It offers a private swimming pool, breathtaking ocean views, a pleasant garden, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing enjoyable meals. The villa is conveniently close to shops and the beach, while also offering an intimate and serene atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The villa combines Caribbean charm, panoramic views and high-end comfort: a distinct advantage for travelers and their return.
Frederic had been renting out his villa in Martinique but couldn't achieve sufficient visibility to attract travelers year-round. He was spending a lot of time manually managing his calendar and his prices were not adapted to seasonal variations. However, with the support of Homerez, his listing was optimized and shared on all major platforms, complete with quality photos. Thanks to a combined effort (professional photos, multichannel broadcasting, strategic pricing), Frederic is now achieving greater yields and enjoying more spare time. The rates are managed intelligently and traveler communication is taken care of. The result: an occupancy rate of 86%, approximately €28,000 in annual earnings, and a satisfaction score of 4.8/5. Frederic has gained both peace of mind and profitability. For him, managing his villa has become a genuine source of income rather than a burden. His story is a concrete example of success when combining a unique location with professional support.
Pretty house in the commune of Saint Pierre, with an uninterrupted view of the Caribbean Sea. Very functional and close to the shops and the beach. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which are not overlooked, in complete privacy and enjoying the beautiful sunset. We were able to prepare some tasty dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Frédéric is very welcoming, courteous and available at all times. We'll be back!

Staying at Frédéric's villa in Saint-Pierre is to experience a blend of historical memory and natural beauty. The city, once nicknamed the "Little Paris of the Antilles", retains poignant remnants of the Montagne Pelée eruption in 1902. Today, travelers alternate between cultural visits to the Frank A. Perret Museum, strolls in the colonial garden, and moments of relaxation on the volcanic black sand beaches. More athletic visitors will venture to the assault of Montagne Pelée or explore the lush surrounding forests and waterfalls. Finally, the sea unveils a fascinating world with dolphins, turtles, and underwater sculptures. Between history, nature, and Creole authenticity, Saint-Pierre offers a unique adventure. It's the perfect destination to alternate between beachside pleasures, lush nature, and Creole heritage: a culmination of authentic Martinique.
