What is Homerez?

Homerez works actively with many French and foreign owners in order to make their properties profitable all year round. Renting out your second home has become a real profession. Our two main activities are the publication of our owners' advertisements on about twenty holiday rental websites, and the quick response to travellers' booking requests thanks to a quality customer service.

How much does it costs to join Homerez?

To join Homerez, it's free! There are no costs or cancellation fees. We take in charge the costs of promotion and distribution of your accommodation to our partners. The commission is 15% per booking.

What are the costs? And what does it include?

Your only costs will be the commission of 15% of the rental price. There are no fixed costs, no entry fees, no membership fees. It is a win-win system: we earn money only if you earn money too. This fee includes the Homerez service, publication on holiday rental websites, ad management and booking management.

How does Homerez convert holiday requests into bookings?

The Homerez team is responsive to holidaymakers' requests for information. We check all day long the requests sent and we answer them within the hour. We follow your potential tenants from their booking request to their confirmation and payment. As far as your advertisement is concerned, Homerez knows all the tricks to enhance your property and thus get more bookings. The title of the advert is carefully chosen, the personalised description is enriched with elements such as the strong points of the property, the surroundings, quality photos, etc. By carrying out all these steps, we optimise the conversion of your requests into bookings.

On which sites will my ad be published?

We work with more than 20 national and international holiday rental sites. We obtain new partnerships very regularly.

Does Homerez take care of the management of travellers on site?

Homerez will take care of the writing of the advertisement, the diffusion of the advertisement on several international websites in several languages, and the management of the booking requests until the confirmation and the payment. On the spot, you just have to welcome your tenants. If you don't have a solution in place to manage these logistics, we can recommend service companies and concierge services in your area.

How do I know if my residence is booked?

Homerez provides you with an easy to use online calendar that is instantly updated when you have a booking.
You can add the dates you wish to block for your own use training on this calendar is provided by our account managers at the start of our partnership.

How does the payment work?

It's very simple, we make sure we collect the money at the time of booking. The payments are secure and the amount of the reservation is given to you 2 days after the arrival of the tenant at your place.

If I don't speak several languages, how can I welcome foreign tenants?

Homerez and its multilingual team will help you communicate with your international tenants to facilitate their arrival, and if you have any problems, we advise you to contact us to help make your travellers' stay as pleasant as possible.

Who accepts and/or confirms reservations? You or me?

Homerez manages your bookings for efficiency and so that you don't have to worry about it.

Do I have the right to a look at the tenants?

We keep a close eye on the tenants. We carefully study their profiles, and ensure that they meet the property's criteria.

Who decides on prices and conditions (minimum duration, deposit, etc..)?

Our account managers will carry out a price study to find the most appropriate price for your property. Our account managers will advise you on the minimum rental period and the amount of the deposit, but it is up to you to decide on the minimum rental period and the amount of the deposit.
